Pumpkin Spice Matcha Latte


  • 1 C. Hot Water, just off the boil
  • 2 tsp. Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp. Matcha Tea Powder
  • 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 Tbsp. Pumpkin Purée
  • 1 C. Coconut Milk
  • Dash of cinnamon, for garnish


  1. Combine the hot water, maple syrup and matcha in a bowl; divide into two mugs
  2. Separately, combine the pumpkin pie spice, purée and coconut milk and froth with a steamer or a wand
  3. Add the milk mixture to the mugs
  4. Garnish the latte with a dash of cinnamon
