How does my subscription work?
It’s simple! First, pick which products you’d like to purchase. Then, choose how often you’d like recurring orders to be delivered to you. You can select delivery for every 30 or 60 days.
If I sign up for a subscription, will it renew automatically?
Yup! Your subscription renews automatically every 30 or 60 days, depending on the frequency you picked. If you want to modify, change the date of your next order, skip an order, or cancel your subscription, log into your account. Then click on ‘My Subscriptions’ and click the subscription you want to update.
How do I access my subscription page?
Log in to your account by clicking ‘Log In’ using the mobile menu, or the top right of a computer screen. (If you don’t have an account, you can sign up using the same email address you used to purchase your subscription.) Once you’ve logged in, select ‘My Subscriptions’. If you have multiple subscriptions, pick the one you want to manage and select ‘Manage Subscriptions.’ Need help? Reach out and a member of our Dream Team will be happy to help you.
How do I make changes to my subscription?
Log into your account and select ‘My Subscriptions’. Select the subscription you’d like to adjust and select Manage Subscription. You can then:
ADD A PRODUCT: Your Subscription page will show flavors you can “Add One-Time” for an additional charge. Note: you can’t remove any of the fixed items included in your subscription.
CHANGE FREQUENCY: Under Subscription Settings, click “Subscription Frequency” to manage how frequently you receive recurring orders. You can choose every 30 or 60 days.
CHANGE SHIPPING DATE: Under Subscription Settings, click the box that says “Next box ships on.” A calendar will pop up. Select the date when you want your next shipment to ship out. Then click “Update Shipping Date”.
CHANGE QUANTITY: Under Subscription Settings, click the cookie you want to adjust. When the pop-up box appears, use the +/- buttons to change the quantity of flavors to include in your next order for an additional charge. Then click “Save Product”.
SKIP SUBSCRIPTION: Under Subscription Settings, select “Skip Next Order”. When you click this option, you won’t receive your next scheduled recurring order. To successfully skip your next recurring order, be sure to update your order before 11:59 PM the day before the order is scheduled to ship.
PAUSE SUBSCRIPTION: Under Subscription Settings, click “Pause Subscription.” When you click this option, all recurring subscription orders will be paused until you unpause. To successfully pause your subscription, be sure to update your order by 11:59 PM the day before it’s scheduled to ship.. To unpause your subscription, click “Unpause Subscription”.
CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION: Under Subscription Settings, click “Cancel Subscription.” By selecting this option, you’ll cancel all recurring subscription orders.
Please note that subscription orders are processed on the day of the month that you began your subscription. To effectively cancel your subscription, be sure to cancel by 12 PM EST the day before the order is processed. You can find this date in your account under “Subscription”. How do I update my billing information, shipping address, or credit card information?
Scroll down to the ‘More Settings’ section of the subscription you want to update. To edit any information, click on the information that needs to be updated and a box will appear on the right hand side of the page. Update your info and click either ‘Save Address’ or ‘Update Card.’
Will I be charged before canceling my subscription?
Nope. You can cancel your subscription free of charge. Recurring orders are processed on the day of the month that you began your subscription. To cancel your subscription, be sure to cancel by 12 PM EST the day before the order is processed. To cancel your subscription, log into your account, click ‘My Subscriptions’ and select the subscription you’d like to cancel. Click “Cancel Subscription” at the bottom of the page. How much does it cost?
There’s no fee to create a subscription, but get ready for some sweet savings! With your subscription you save 10% on the initial order AND recurring orders! Shipping is free on orders $49+. Shipping is added separately and calculated at checkout. See our SHIPPING FAQ for more on rates.
How do I put my subscription on hold?
To pause your subscription, sign into your account and click ‘My Subscriptions’. Select the subscription you want to adjust, select Frequency and choose ‘Pause.’ You won’t be charged for any recurring subscription orders while your subscription is on hold. You can also choose to skip your next recurring order by selecting ‘Skip Order’ under Subscription Settings.
Can I give a subscription to a friend?
We don’t have a formal gifting option, but you can set up a subscription using the recipient’s email and shipping address, and use your credit card information. If you need help, reach out to help@madeinnature.com and we can help you set it up.
Do I have to sign up for a subscription?
Subscriptions are totally optional. You can buy any cookie, box or product as a one-time purchase. But the benefits of a subscription are that you get a 20% discount on your initial order, and every recurring shipment. Plus, you never need to remember to re-order!
When will I be charged?
Your card will be charged when your order is processed. You can view your next scheduled shipping date in your account under ‘Subscription,’ in the box that says ‘Next box ships on.’
Will I get a reminder before my next subscription delivery?
Yep! You’ll get a reminder email 3 days before your recurring subscription order is processed and shipped.

- Meltable items are not eligible for Free Shipping from April -October.
- We will not ship meltable items to Alaska and Hawaii during this time.
