Shipping And Handling
All orders are shipped via UPS and typically arrive within 4 to 7 days.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. When your order is packed and shipped, you’ll get a second email with tracking details.
If your order is delayed or you have trouble tracking it, please reach out to hello@madeinnature.com with your order number, and we'll be happy to help.
Shipping Chocolate Products April-October
From April to October, Made in Nature Fudge Brownie Minis are shipped on ice via 2-day UPS to ensure they arrive fresh and intact. Because they contain real chocolate, they are sensitive to warmer temperatures. An additional shipping charge applies during this period. It’s often more cost effective to add extra items to your order to help offset the higher shipping rates.
Meltable items are not eligible for free shipping from April through October. We do not ship meltable items to Alaska or Hawaii during this time. Meltable items are shipped Monday through Wednesday only.
Shipping Cost
All orders to the 48 contiguous states under 9lbs will be shipped via UPS and charged for shipping as follows:
- Orders up to $49.99 = $9.99 shipping w/in the contiguous United States
- Orders $50 and above: Free shipping w/in the contiguous United States
- Orders going to Alaska or Hawaii, are shipped via UPS Surepost and will ship in 4-7 days. Shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase and are equal to the rates charged to us by the carrier. FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT APPLY TO ALASKA AND HAWAII addresses.
Shipping To PO Boxes, Military Bases, And International Addresses
Shipping to PO Boxes and military addresses is currently unavailable. International shipping is also unavailable through our site, but you can find most of our products available for international shipments through iHerb.com.
Tracking Your Order
After your order is processed, you will receive an email from us with order confirmation. Once the order is packed and shipped, you will receive tracking information, which you can use to see the estimated arrival date and time.
Product Availability
Items that are not in stock cannot be added to a cart, but if an item goes out of stock while your order is being processed, you will receive an email from customer service asking if you’d like a refund on that item.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders will be automatically placed and charged to the credit card registered to the subscriber’s account in the frequency set by the subscriber. For more information on our subscription program, see our FAQs.
Returns
All submitted orders are final, and we do not accept returned products. If there is a defect with one of your products, please fill out our Contact Us form, and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
