Returns and Replacements 
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you are unsatisfied, please fill out our contact form within 30 days of purchase, and our team will be happy to assist you. Refunds or replacements cannot be offered after this 30-day window and are available only for orders placed directly on MadeinNature.com. 

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. 

For purchases made through an independent retailer, we are unable to process returns or replacements. Please contact the retailer directly regarding their refund policy. 

Order Adjustments 
Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes. If your order has not shipped, submit your request through our contact form, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
