- Combine pineapple, pears, 2 slices of lemon, lemongrass, and ginger in a saucepan. Add in 2 cups of water, or enough water to cover all ingredients in pan. Bring to a boil.
- Allow mixture to boil for 5-10 minutes or until ingredients have softened. Remove ingredients from saucepan and add into a blender.
- Blend mixture with ice and honey until desired consistency is reached. Add water if necessary to help aid blending. Garnish with leftover mint sprigs.
