Chocolate Dipped Candied Apricots

These double dipped chocolate apricots are a great gift but don't forget to treat yourself as well! Cover them in your favorite nuts or seeds and you have a high fiber, super nutritious and doubly delicious treat. Try using Made In Nature Organic Pineapple, Banana, Apples . . . they're all great!


  • 1 - 6 oz. package of Made In Nature Organic Dried Apricots
  • 2 oz. (1/2 cup) your choice of almonds, pistachios, walnuts, coconut for coating – your choice, get creative!
  • 6 oz. dark chocolate


  1. Break chocolate into a small saucepan and melt over low heat.
  2. Once chocolate is fully melted, remove saucepan from heat. Holding an apricot by one end, dip the apricot into the chocolate and swirl to ensure an even coating of chocolate.
  3. Next, dip chocolate coated apricot into the nut/topping coating of your choice and place onto a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment/wax paper.
  4. After coating all apricots, place filled baking sheet into the refrigerator to set the chocolate – approximately 10 minutes. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
