Seafood Ceviche Banana Chip

Looking for a taste of the Tropics? This delicious appetizer offers a refreshing flavor with a hint of sweet and spicy!


  • 1 Bag Made In Nature Organic Dried Bananas
  • 1 Lime
  • ¼ lb. wild cooked mini shrimp or lump blue crab meat
  • 3-4 Tbs. Tropical Seafood Marinade (Used a Coconut Lime Marinade from Whole Foods in this recipe)
  • 1 Organic Avocado
  • 1 Organic Mango
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Toothpicks


  1. Empty bag of MIN Organic Dried Bananas into a bowl. Slice lime in half and squeeze juice over banana slices. Place in a refrigerator and allow to marinade for 15 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix together shrimp/crab meat with marinade. Salt and pepper seafood mixture to taste.
  3. Dice mango and avocado into small 3/8” cubes. Set aside.
  4. Remove banana slices from the refrigerator and neatly place seafood meat atop each slice.
  5. Using a toothpick, pierce avocado, mango, seafood, and banana chips. Serve cold and alongside a small dish of the marinade for dipping.
