Wild Rice and Super Berry Salad

Rice, nuts, dried fruits, and veggies come together in this sweet and savory side salad for lots of flavor and great texture.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Yields: 4 servings

ingredients

Salad

  • 2 ½ C. Wild and/or Brown Rice, cooked and cooled
  • ½ C. Raw Nuts, mixed
  • ½ C. Chopped Scallions
  • ½ C. Made In Nature Super Berry Fruit Fusion
  • ½ C. Diced Celery
  • ¼ Red Onion, sliced


Vinaigrette

  • ¼ C. Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp. Honey
  • Sea Salt, to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine the salad ingredients in a large bowl
  2. In a smaller bowl, whisk together the vinaigrette
  3. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad as desired before serving
