  • 4 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 C Popcorn Kernels
  • 1 C Made In Nature Organic Maple Vanilla Toasted Coconut Chips
  • 1 C Made In Nature Organic Mangoes, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Spicy Coconut Mango Popcorn

Make approximately 10 cups.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat coconut oil and a few popcorn kernels in a large pot over medium heat until a kernel pops.
  2. Add the rest of the popcorn kernels and cover the pot.
  3. Cook, shaking the pot occasionally, until the popping stops, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Empty the popcorn into a large bowl and mix in Made In Nature Organic Mangoes, Made In Nature Organic Maple Vanilla Toasted Coconut Chips, cayenne pepper, and salt.
