Rosemary Harissa Buddha Bowl

Buddha Bowl

  • 1 ½ C. Cooked Brown Rice
  • ½ C. Steamed Kale
  • ¼ C. Microgreens
  • ¼ C. Sliced Radishes
  • ¼ C. Cucumber
  • ¼ C. Canned Chickpeas, drained
  • ¼ C. Black beans
  • ½ Carrot, peeled and grated
  • 2 Tbsp. Made In Nature Rosemary Harissa Nut Fusions

Creamy Harissa Sauce

  • 1 C. Vegan Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. Harissa
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  • Kosher salt and cracked black pepper, to taste


Buddha Bow

  1. Peel and grate carrots; slice cucumbers and radishes. Set aside
  2. Drain and rinse beans, set aside
  3. Tear kale into bite sized pieces, wash well; steam until just tender
  4. Blend ingredients for Creamy Harissa Sauce (recipe below)
  5. Arrange beans and vegetables over rice, then drizzle Creamy Harissa Sauce on top

Creamy Harissa Sauce

  1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Season to taste
  2. Best if made a day in advance, allowing flavors to fully incorporate
