A healthy and great-tasting snack, full of nutrition, and fun for a Spring or Summer party appetizer!
- In a food processor, puree avocados, chickpeas, and olive oil together to desired consistency.
- Remove avocado and chickpea mixture from food processor and place into a bowl. Add in diced cranberries and juice from half a lemon (about 1-2 Tbs. lemon juice) and stir.
- Salt and pepper hummus to desired taste. Serve cold alongside fresh veggies and pita chips!
