It’s FINALLY summer. In Boulder, Colorado, where our offices are located, the weather this time of year is predictably fickle – blue skies and 80 degrees on Wednesday, two feet of snow by Friday. But we don’t let the roller coaster climbs diminish our welcoming of tank tops and flip-flops. Summer is a state of mind, and we’ve got just the menu (and playlist) to set the mood.
