Shipping and Order Information

All orders are shipped with Fedex Ground and should arrive in within 4-7 days. When the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. When the order is packed and shipped you will receive another email with your tracking information. If your order is taking longer than expected or you are having any trouble tracking it, feel free to reach out to with your order number and we’ll track it down for you.

All orders under $49.99 will be charged $7.99 for shipping. Any order of $50 or more after discounts have been applied will receive free shipping. All orders are shipped using Fedex Ground.

Shipping to PO Boxes is currently unavailable. International shipping is also unavailable, but you can find most of our products available for international shipments through
Shipments to military bases using APO/FPO addresses is available and should be entered into the address field during checkout the same as standard residential addresses. If you experience any issues, please email or call 1-800-906-7426.

Items that are not in stock cannot be added to a cart, but if an item goes out of stock while your order is being processed you will receive an email from customer service asking if you’d like a refund on that item. They may also inform you of the approximate date the product will be back in stock and ask if you’d like to wait until then for your order to be packed and shipped.

Subscription orders will be automatically placed and charged to the credit card registered to the subscriber’s account in the frequency set by the subscriber. After your order is processed, you will receive an email from us with order confirmation. Once the order is packed and shipped, you will receive tracking information which you can use to see the estimated arrival date and time.

Made In Nature does not currently accept returned product for any reason and all submitted orders are final. If there is a product defect with one of your products, please contact customer service at or call 1-800-906-7426.
