You’ll Need
- 3 bananas
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 stick melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- A handful of chocolate chips

Make It
Preheat your oven to 355°F and grease a loaf pan.
Mash the bananas in a large bowl until mostly smooth, a few small lumps are fine.
Mix in the sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until well combined.
Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir just until the batter comes together, then fold in the chocolate chips and crushed Banana Rama Figgy Pops.
Pour the batter into your loaf pan and sprinkle a little extra crushed Figgy Pops on top if you want.
Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool slightly before slicing, or dig in while it’s warm if you can’t wait.
