Spicy Coconut Mango Popcorn
Make approximately 10 cups.
Made In Nature
- 4 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1/2 C Popcorn Kernels
- 1 C Made In Nature Organic Maple Vanilla Toasted Coconut Chips
- 1 C Made In Nature Organic Mangoes, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Heat coconut oil and a few popcorn kernels in a large pot over medium heat until a kernel pops.
- Add the rest of the popcorn kernels and cover the pot.
- Cook, shaking the pot occasionally, until the popping stops, about 2-3 minutes.
- Empty the popcorn into a large bowl and mix in Made In Nature Organic Mangoes, Made In Nature Organic Maple Vanilla Toasted Coconut Chips, cayenne pepper, and salt.
