• 5 ounces mesclun salad mix
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup walnut pieces
  • 1/2 cup pumpkinseeds
  • 1/2 cup Made In Nature Organic Dried Calimyrna Figs or Black Mission Figs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Made In Nature Organic Antioxidant Fusion of dried cherries, cranberries, blueberries, and raisins

It’s easy to create a salad as stunning as one you’d order at restaurant. Start with a pre-washed package of mixed mesclun greens that contain a colorful blend of fresh arugula, different kales, baby lettuces, radicchio—whatever looks freshest and is in season.

  1. Place greens in a serving bowl.
  2. Whisk the vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper together in a small mixing bowl. Then add oil, and whisking that in as well.
  3. Pour vinaigrette onto salad, and toss to distribute dressing evenly.
  4. Divide salad onto 4 plates. Evenly sprinkle goat cheese, walnuts, pumpkinseeds, figs, and Made In Nature Organic Antioxidant Fusion on top of each dish. Serve.
