A healthy and great-tasting snack, full of nutrition, and fun for a Spring or Summer party appetizer!

  • 1/3 Cup Made in Nature Organic Dried Cranberries, Diced
  • 2 Small Avocados
  • 1 Can Chickpeas
  • 3 Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1-2 Tbs. Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  1. In a food processor, puree avocados, chickpeas, and olive oil together to desired consistency.
  2. Remove avocado and chickpea mixture from food processor and place into a bowl. Add in diced cranberries and juice from half a lemon (about 1-2 Tbs. lemon juice) and stir.
  3. Salt and pepper hummus to desired taste. Serve cold alongside fresh veggies and pita chips!
