What You Will Do:

As the Telula Marketing Manager, you will be an integral member of a small but growing team based in Boulder, CO.  You will play a key role in helping us create one of the most innovative beverage brands in the US.  We are beginning an exciting campaign to introduce the world to Telula, so the timing is right for your expertise!

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Agency Management. Act as a liaison with external agencies (advertising/creative, digital/social, PR, etc.) for campaign development, planning & execution.
  • Retail Support. Manage creative development of programs to drive sales within specific retailers to support key retail accounts.
  • Social Media.  Responsible for brand awareness, media coverage and consumer engagement that elevates our brand’s to new levels. Focus should be especially given to our social media and public relation strategy.
  • Events/Demos. Manage extensive sampling and event programming across the country both regionally and retailer specific.

Who You Are:

The Marketing Manger must be a highly self-motivated professional who works well in a fast-paced team environment with changing priorities. You embody the Telula brand and are passionate about delicious, organic food and drinks, and live and breathe the organic lifestyle. You’re nimble and comfortable with a fluid and entrepreneurial environment and love rolling up your sleeves and getting things done!


  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized and a creative thinker.
  • Must have CPG experience (client or agency side), ideally in natural foods/beverage.
  • BS/MS in marketing or related field with a minimum of 5 years marketing experience.
  • Experience in package development and knowledge of printing on multiple mediums.
  • Strong understanding of the retail environment and the natural foods and grocery channels.
  • Experience working with influencers and bloggers and a personal interest in natural food, wellness, and healthy lifestyle trends.
  • Experience managing demo and sampling programs on a broad scale.
  • Experience creating and managing a budget.
  • Experience working on most digital platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest with tools such as Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, WordPress, MailChimp, etc.
  • Must be familiar with best practices and trends in social media and digital platforms.
  • Strong ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously and desire to work in a lean and fast-paced culture.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Photoshop experience a plus.
