Simple Granola

Comforting, nourishing, delicious.Yep, homemade granola is basically the epitome of all that is pure and good in this world.

Makes 5 cups of Granola.

ingredients

  • 2 ½ C. Old Fashioned Gluten Free Oats
  • ¼ C. Ground Flax
  • 4 oz. Made In Nature Pomegranate Ginger Nut Fusion
  • 4 oz. Made In Nature Maple Vanilla Coconut Chips
  • 1/3 C. Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1/3 C. Water
  • 3 Tbsp. Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 2 Tbsp. Molasses
  • ¼ C. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat Oven to 300 Degrees °F
  2. In a large saucepan, combine brown sugar, water, oil, honey, molasses, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla. Heat until sugar is dissolved
  3. Gradually pour syrup over dry ingredients and toss until just coated
  4. Using forks, spread mixture on a large baking sheet. Bake 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes
  5. Allow to cool completely. Seal in an airtight container
  6. Makes 5 cups of granola
