Cranberry Oatmeal and White Chocolate Cookies

ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup Softened unsalted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking soda
  • 1 1/4 cup flour (we recommend using half whole flour)
  • 1 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 cup of Made In Nature Organic Dried Cranberries
  • 1 cup of Made In Nature Organic Toasted Coconut Chips (any flavor)
  • 1 Cup White chocolate, chopped or chips

Cranberry Oatmeal and White Chocolate Cookies

DIRECTIONS

The perfect holiday cookie, moist and chewy and packed with delicious goodness. Add chocolate chips or raisins if you like, the more the merrier!

  1. In a mixer, beat butter and sugars until smooth.
  2. Mix in eggs, and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
  4. Mix in slowly to wet ingredients.
  5. Add your oats, Made In Nature Organic Dried Cranberries, Made In Nature Organic Toasted Coconut Chips, and white chocolate.
  6. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes! Don’t let them get too done…they are better when they are soft!
