An innovative twist on the traditional French crepe! The coffee-infused bananas are a flavor-packed ingredient that will have you looking forward to this breakfast dish again and again!
Ingredients for Crepe
2 Organic Eggs
1 cup Organic All Purpose Flour
½ cup Organic Almond/Coconut/ 1 or 2% Milk
½ cup Water
2 T melted butter (salted or unsalted)
Ingredients for Crepe Filling
1 bag Made In Nature Organic Dried Bananas
1 cup Organic Coffee (black)
2-3 cups Organic Whipped Cream
½ cup chopped pistachios/almonds/nuts of your choice (optional)
Mix all ingredients for crepes together in a large mixing bowl. Over medium-high heat, pour about ½ cup sized dollop of the crepe batter into a frying pan. Be sure to turn pan to spread the batter out over a thin layer. Crepes are ready to flip when batter starts to bubble – About 3-4 minutes per side.
Fill crepes with whipped cream and layer with coffee infused bananas.
Drizzle with nuts and remaining coffee. Serve warm.
