Ingredients
  • 2 cups red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup green cabbage, shredded 2 cups red cabbage, shredded 2 cups red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 large apple, julienned
  • 1/3 cup dried tart cherries
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste
Directions
  1. Combine red cabbage, green cabbage, carrot, apple, and dried tart cherries in large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, add olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, lime juice, cayenne pepper, and salt to taste. Whisk together to create dressing.
  3. Add dressing to other ingredients in large bowl and mix together.
