An easy version of a traditional sweet and sour sauce with a plum flavor. Great for egg rolls, grilled chicken, or even roast pork.
Ingredients
  • 1/4 Cup Organic Made in Nature Dried Plums
  • 1/2 Cup Plum Jam
  • 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
Directions
  1. Puree Organic Made in Nature Dried Plums in a blender until smooth.
  2. Combine pureed plums and all remaining ingredients in a small sauce pot. Place over medium-high heat and stir until the sauce boils. Remove from heat and serve.
