Stuffed Breakfast Tomatoes
An easy all-star breakfast packed full of nutrition that will give you the energy you need for a healthy start to your day!
- I Package Organic Made in Nature Tuscan Garlic and Tomato Ancient Grain Fusion
- 4 Large Ripe Tomatoes
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut off the top of the tomatoes and scoop out the insides to make a bowl.
- Place 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese in the bottom of each tomato. Then, place 1/4 cup of the Made in Nature Tuscan Garlic and Tomato Ancient Grain Fusion into each tomato.
- Gently break an egg into each stuffed tomato and top each with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is lightly browned. Remove from oven and lightly drizzle stuffed tomatoes with extra virgin olive oil.
