Ingredients
  • 1/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/3 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 8 Made in Nature Organic Dried Dates, Coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 Shallots, Finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until very smooth.
  2. Season to taste and set aside until ready to use.
