Made In Nature™ Celebrates Earth Day week and the ATO show with the opening of its first MIN Café, a dedicated organic foodservice operation.

April 27, Chicago IllinoisMade In Nature, through its licensing arrangement with Connie’s Restaurant Group, has opened today its first MIN café in McCormick Place.   “We are extremely pleased to see the continued success of our strategic direction for Made In Nature, which we identified a few years ago after acquiring the brand” said Doug Brent, Co-chairman and CEO of Delicious Foods.  Delicious Foods is the parent company of Made In Nature and the licensee of the Sunsweet® brand for Fresh Produce. Delicious Foods provides sales and marketing support for top quality, flavorful fresh produce items under the Made In Nature brand.

 The MIN café will feature Made In Nature organic pizzas, pannini’s, sandwiches, salads and an assortment of grab- and-go healthy organic snacks and drinks, including various varieties of Made In Nature organic fresh and dried fruit.  “We are thrilled to continue my family’s passion for the restaurant business with a concept that we believe will allow us to continue our growth in the kiosk business” said Marc Stolfe, President of Connie’s Restaurant Group and Connie’s Naturals, the sales partner for Made In Nature organic pizzas and prepared foods.  “The MIN café will be serving the same Great Tasting Organic Made In Nature pizzas we are selling to the Retail trade throughout North America” added Mr. Stolfe.
